D’autres villes européennes sont répertoriées, notamment Thessalonique en Grèce, Florence en Italie, Ponta Delgada au Portugal et Édimbourg au Royaume-Uni.
Au-delà de l’Europe, la note recommande également la fermeture de quatre autres consulats : à Douala, au Cameroun ; à Medan, en Indonésie ; à Durban, en Afrique du Sud ; et à Busan, en Corée du Sud.
