La ville de Bankass est dans le noir depuis mercredi 30 mai 2023 à cause d’un délestage. L’eau et l’électricité ne sont disponibles que de 20 h à 8 h du matin tous les jours. La cause serait un manque de carburant pour la Centrale hybride. Les autorités locales sont à pied d’œuvre pour trouver une solution au problème.
