Finalement, le Syndicat National des Banques, Assurances, Microfinances, Établissements Financiers, Entreprises Pétrolières et Commerces du Mali (SYNABEF) a suspendu son mot d’ordre de grève suite à un compromis avec les plus hautes autorités et les partenaires. Si des sacrifices ont été consentis, c’est tout de même une bombe qui a été désamorcée.
« Le SYNABEF informe l’ensemble de ses militantes et militants, que cette suspension fait suite à la satisfaction de la quasi-totalité de ses points de revendications et de l’engagement des plus hautes autorités et des partenaires à poursuivre la mise en œuvre de ces points ». Voilà le message qui a soulagé tout un peuple. Connaissant bien la fragilité de l’économie nationale, cet arrêt de travail allait être un coup fatal pour les entreprises et les particuliers.
Selon le secrétaire général du SYNABEF, Hamadoun Bah, ce compromis fait suite à l’intervention de bonnes volontés pour trouver un heureux dénouement aux différends qui opposent le SYNABEF à ses partenaires depuis un certain temps. Ainsi, par cette suspension, le secrétaire général estime que le SYNABEF a souhaité prendre de la hauteur en regardant la situation fragile du pays, notamment sécuritaire et économique.
« Pour le Mali, aucun sacrifice n’est de trop. Le SYNABEF remercie tout(e)s les militant(e)s, les personnes de bonnes volontés et l’ensemble de nos autorités, et les rassure de son engagement pour la défense de l’outil du travail et des droits des travailleurs », peut-on lire dans le communiqué N°021/2024 du SYNABEF.
