Par un décret, signé le 22 janvier 2024, le président de Transition du Burkina Faso, le Capitaine Ibrahim Traoré, a promulgué la loi constitutionnelle n°045-2023/ALT du 30 décembre 2023 portant révision de la Constitution.
Désormais au Burkina Faso, la nouvelle constitution est en vigueur, après le feu vert des députés de la transition et du Conseil Constitutionnel.
Pour rappel, la nouvelle loi fondamentale du Faso comporte plusieurs innovations dont l’officialisation des langues nationales.
