Dans la gestion des opérations de distribution de tracteurs subventionnés, le Bureau du Vérificateur général (BVG) a décelé, au cours d’une vérification financière, plus de 327,10 millions de FCFA d’irrégularités financières décelées.

Cette vérification a porté sur la gestion des opérations de distribution de tracteurs subventionnés par l’Etat au titre des exercices 2021 et 2022. « Cette vérification financière et de conformité a pour objectif de s’assurer de la régularité et de la sincérité des opérations de distribution des tracteurs subventionnés au profit des agriculteurs. Les travaux de vérification ont porté sur les dossiers de réception des tracteurs, le respect des critères d’éligibilité, la distribution des tracteurs subventionnés, le recouvrement et l’encaissement des montants dus par chacun des bénéficiaires au titre de la quote-part du prix d’acquisition », peut-on lire sur le rapport rendu public le 31 octobre 2023.

Ainsi, le rapport note des irrégularités financières dont le montant se chiffre à plus de 327,10 millions de FCFA. « Le montant total des irrégularités financières s’élève à 327 104 205 FCFA. Le Vérificateur général a transmis et dénoncé des faits au président de la Section des Comptes de la Cour suprême et au procureur de la République chargé du Pôle national économique et financier relativement à la distribution de tracteurs aux bénéficiaires à un prix inférieur à celui prévu par la convention de financement pour un montant total de 309 929 171 FCFA et au non-paiement et paiement partiel du prix subventionné des tracteurs par des bénéficiaires pour un montant total de 17 175 034 FCFA », ajoute le rapport.

A préciser que cette vérification entre dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du programme d’activités du Bureau du Vérificateur général (BVG).
