Des irrégularités financières s’élevant à 35 477 471 FCFA de F CFA. C’est ce qui ressort d’une vérification financière du Bureau du Vérificateur général (BVG) sur la gestion de la commune urbaine de Ségou (CUSg) et dont le rapport a été publié le 17 Septembre 2024.
Cette vérification financière sur la gestion de la commune urbaine de Ségou (CUSg) concerne les exercices 2021, 2022 et 2023. Elles sont relatives au non-recouvrement des droits de patente sur des marchés publics pour un montant de 34 842 971 FCFA ; la non-justification du reliquat du stock de vignettes pour un montant de 634 500 FCFA.
« Les faits relevés dans le rapport de vérification et qui sont susceptibles de constituer des infractions à la loi pénale et à la législation budgétaire et financière concernant ces irrégularités financières ont été dénoncés au procureur de la République chargé du Pôle national économique et financier et transmis au président de la Section des Comptes de la Cour suprême et au directeur général des Impôts », souligne le rapport.
Au titre des irrégularités administratives, la mission de vérification a constaté que le trésorier-payeur régional n’effectue pas de contrôle sur les régies d’avances et de recettes. « La commune urbaine de Ségou tient une comptabilité-matières incomplète. La commune urbaine de Ségou fait présider les commissions de réception par l’ordonnateur matières au lieu du Comptable-matières. Le Régisseur de recettes de la commune urbaine de Ségou ne respecte pas les délais de reversement des recettes à la Trésorerie régionale de Ségou.
