Selon elle, les trois domaines clés de la coopération au sein de l’Alliance sont “la défense et la sécurité, la diplomatie et le développement”.
“Mais je voudrais ajouter à cela que, déjà avant même la concrétisation aujourd’hui de ce jour historique, les populations étaient déjà en symbiose. En fait, les populations appelaient cela de tous leurs vœux”, a assuré Mme Bayard Mariama Gamatché.
