Le deuxième panel de la biennale artistique et culturelle Mopti 2023, s’est tenu ce samedi 8 juillet. Il portait sur le thème : la diversité culturelle, un atout pour le vivre ensemble et la consolidation de l’unité nationale.

Dans son exposé, le panéliste a d’abord mis l’accent sur le riche patrimoine culturel du Mali. Edmond MUKALA a indiqué que nos ancêtres nous ont légué une riche culture comme le « sinangouya » qu’il faut à tout prix préserver. « L’objectif visé était premièrement de rappeler que le peuple africain surtout le peuple malien a des cultures à travers cette diversité de la richesse culturelle qu’il a héritée depuis des millénaire de cohésion sociale, de paix et de développement », a expliqué le panéliste Makan Sow, conseiller technique au ministère de la refondation de l’état .

Renforcer la communication

Il a ensuite affirmé que le thème est plus que d’actualité surtout dans cette partie du centre du Mali. « Le panel était très intéressant surtout quand on parle de diversité culturelle. le Mali est un exemple de diversité culturelle. Si l’UNESCO s’intéresse à ça, c’est une bonne chose », estime-t-il. Selon M.Sow « il faut qu’il y ait une communication élargie pour dire qu’est-ce c’est que la diversité culturelle ».

Diarra Sanogue et plusieurs autres participants ont salué le panéliste et exhorté les Maliens à prendre au sérieux leur culture, un atout pour la préservation de l’unité nationale, selon eux.
