Après une grève de mise en garde en janvier 2023, le Comité exécutif national du Syndicat national de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique (CNE-SNESUP), a encore décrété cinq jours de grève. Cette fois-ci, le SNESUP remobilise ses troupes avec un soutien de taille. Six points font l’objet de revendication.

Les portes de l’Enseignement supérieur sont fermées depuis ce lundi 20 février 2023 et ce, jusqu’au vendredi 24 février 2023. Cela pour une grève d’une semaine du syndicat de l’Enseignement supérieur. Six points font l’objet de revendication. Il s’agit de l’application immédiate de la prime de recherche ; la prise en compte de l’indice 3000 dans le cadre de l’harmonisation de la grille des salaires ;  la sécurisation de l’espace scolaire et universitaire ; la séparation des deux statuts conformément aux recommandations des Assises nationales de la Refondation (ANR) ; l’octroi pour une prime de zone pour les travailleurs des institutions d’Enseignement supérieur (IES) de Kabala ; le paiement immédiat et intégral des heures supplémentaires et des frais des tâches, liés aux examens.

Ainsi, après une grève de mise en garde de deux jours du 30 au 31 janvier 2023, contre le gouvernement, et  qui a été largement suivie par la base, le CNE-SNESUP, a encore lancé un deuxième mot d’ordre de grève pour 120 heures. Ce, à compter du lundi 20 au vendredi 24 février 2023.  Le secrétaire général, Dr Alou Diarra, appelle tous ses camarades syndicalistes à observer sereinement  cette grève, jusqu’à la satisfaction totale de tous les points inscrits dans le mot d’ordre de grève. « Nous demandons aux camarades de suivre les instructions à la lettre. C’est la seule voix pour obtenir gain de cause », a-t-il estimé.

Un soutien de taille

Pour cette grève d’une semaine, le SNESUP a un soutien de taille. Deux grands syndicats de l’Enseignement supérieur, et de la Recherche scientifique à savoir : le Segment et le Syndicat national de l’Éducation et de la Culture (SNEC) se sont ralliés au mouvement, par un Accord cadre, pour, ont-ils dit, avoir une vision commune pour mener des actions en synergie afin que la cause puisse être sauvée. Ensemble, ils ont donc créé la coordination des syndicats de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique (SNESUP, Segment et SNEC).
