Le président de la Transition guinéenne a sévi contre trois détenus qui s’étaient évadés de la maison d’arrêt de Conakry le 4 novembre dernier.

Dans un premier décret signé ce dimanche 5 novembre, Mamadi Doumbouya a radié des effectifs de l’armée guinéenne, les colonels Moussa Thiegboro Camara, Claude Pivi, Blaise Goumou. Ces trois officiers et Moussa Dadis Camara, ancien président de la junte s’étaient évadés samedi dernier de la prison de Conakry.

Selon le décret présidentiel, ces trois militaires ont été radiés des effectifs des forces armées guinéennes pour « inconduite ». Ils sont tous accusés dans le dossier du massacre du 28 septembre 2009.

Le colonel Doumbouya a aussi radié plusieurs dizaines de militaires pour des faits divers dont « manquement au service, inconduite ou encore faute lourde ».

Six officiers supérieurs de l’administration pénitentiaire ont été également radiés pour « faute » dans un autre décret pris par le dirigeant guinéen.

Près de 60 militaires et agents de l’administration pénitentiaire ont été radiés des effectifs de leur corps pour « faute lourde ».

Le colonel Claude Pivi, le seul fugitif des quatre évadés reste encore introuvable. Son avocat a déclaré à la presse ne pas savoir sa destination.

Le Procureur général près la Cour d’Appel de Conakry a instruit les parquets de son ressort de saisir sans délai, la Direction centrale des investigations judiciaires de la gendarmerie nationale pour des fins d’enquêtes supplémentaires sur les faits « d’assassinat commis sur les agents des forces de défense et de sécurité dans l’exercice de leur fonction régalienne, homicide involontaire, abandon de poste, violation de consignes et complicité en lien avec l’évasion survenue dans la nuit du 03 au 04 novembre 2023 à la maison d’arrêt de Conakry ».

Selon des sources de APA, il y a au moins sept morts lors des affrontements entre les éléments des forces armées guinéennes et le commando qui a exfiltré les quatre détenus.
