La situation politique au Niger continue de susciter de vives tensions entre le Niger et le Bénin. L’aide humanitaire destinée au Niger peine à trouver de chemin.
Depuis le coup d’État du 26 septembre 2023 au Niger, le courant peine à passer entre le Général Tchiani et le président Patrice Talon. Ceci vient en rappelle suite au refus du Niger de lever ses barrières posées à la frontière de Gaya, une demande formulée par le chef de la diplomatie béninoise Segun Bakari sous couvert du Président de la commission de la CEDEAO afin de faciliter l’entrée des aides humanitaires au Niger.
Mais le nouvel homme fort du pays, Abdouramane Tchiani maintient toujours ses frontières scellées avec le Bénin. Il faut préciser que le Bénin fait partie des Etats de la CEDEAO qui ont menacé le Niger d’intervention militaire. Depuis lors, il ne s’agit pas seulement des aides humanitaires qui sont entravées mais aussi, les transporteurs, les commerçants et les conducteurs Camions sont en grande souffrance.
