C’est en fin de semaine dernière que la triste nouvelle s’est répandue… Un jeune agent d’EDM-SA est décédé jeudi, mortellement électrocuté alors qu’il intervenait en commune I du district de Bamako ( Djelibougou) sur un poteau électrique. L’autre blessé était encore hier plongé dans le coma
Les deux agents ont opéré sur un réseau haute tension, maintenu sous tension. Les passants les ont soudain vus s’affaisser sur la ligne électrique, inconscient. Les premiers soins ne laissaient aucun doute sur l’électrocution. Ce drame qui a endeuillé pouvait être évité si le technicien chargé de la conduite des travaux n’était pas resté dans son bureau et donner des directives sur le terrain à des agents inexpérimentés, selon nos sources.
Les pensées des travailleurs de la société Energie du Mali (EDM-SA) vont à la famille du disparu et au blessé à qui ils souhaitent prompt rétablissement.
