Les récentes sorties du Dr Choguel Maiga ont fini par provoquer une passe d’armes entre son cabinet et les conseillers nationaux.

C’est l’honorable Fousseynou Ouattara qui a mis les pieds dans les plats avec une sortie fracassante contre Abdoul Kader Maiga, qui siège à la primature.

Ce dernier depuis historique média privé, a chargé   Dr Albert Maiga qui a désavoué Dr Choguel Maiga pour ses propos sur les cailloux et discours populistes. Sortie nullement appréciée par l’honorable OUATTARA qui invite à être attentif et vigilant, car le mis en cause ” connaît très bien la différence entre un parti politique et un parlement. Si, les avis d’un ou de quelques membres d’un parti politique peuvent engager la responsabilité du chef du parti, une telle approche ne peut s’appliquer à un parlement”.

Comme quoi, la sortie du jeune membre du CNT n’engage que lui, et non le parlement transitoire. Indiquant que l’organe législatif est composé de représentants d’environ 20 entités politiques avec la société civile, il fera un rappel en ces termes : ” Parmi les partis politiques présents au sein du CNT on peut citer ADEPM, ADEMA, RPM, URD, RDA, ASMA etc. Beaucoup de ces partis sont très souvent violemment attaqués par le PM Choguel”.

Comme pour situer qu’avant la Primature, le PM était habitué à la polémique en invitant que l’opinion qu’en matière de parlementarisme, les députés sont libres dans leur prise de parole et nul ne peut imputer la responsabilité des dires au patron du perchoir. Et renchérir que ” Dans toutes les démocraties parlementaires, le premier ministre et son gouvernement font l’objet de critiques sévères des membres du parlement et personne ne doit s’offusquer de telles pratiques”. Autrement dit, Albert Maiga est dans son rôle comme tout autre membre du CNT. Occasion pour Dr Fousseynou de situer que le Premier Ministre avant sa nomination à la tête du gouvernement, “a toujours été le critique le plus virulent du CNT, et avait même contesté la légitimité du CNT au-devant de la Cour Suprême du Mali”. Il y voit une cabale de ” la garde rapprochée de Choguel” qui cache en réalité ses propres carences en provocant des conflits permanents”.

Reste à savoir si les tensions se calmeront dans un contexte où les acteurs politiques et sociaux sont invités à se prononcer sur l’agencement des futures élections.
