Le jeudi 21 juillet 2023, le siège de la Fédération Malienne de Football (FMF) a servi de cadre à la remise de diplômes Licence C CAF à 29 entraîneurs de football. La cérémonie a été présidée par le président Mamoutou Touré en présence de son vice-président Kassoum Coulibaly ‘’Yambox’’, des instructeurs de ladite formation, Ousmane Guindo, Directeur Technique de la FEMAFOOT, Aminata Sogodogo, chargée du département féminin  et Issa Kolon Coulibaly, président de l’Association des entraîneurs du Mali. 

Pour la première fois depuis 2015, la Fédération malienne de football a procédé à son siège le jeudi 21 juillet 2023 à la remise de diplômes de Licence C CAF à 29 entraîneurs de football parmi les 34 les participants, qui viennent de valider leur Licence CAF.

Dans son intervention, le président du Comité Exécutif de la Fédération malienne de football, Mamoutou Touré ‘’Bavieux’’ s’est dit honoré du constat que leur cycle de formation qui a commencé depuis quelque temps, soit abouti à la satisfaction de tous. Pour rappel, le Président Touré a indiqué que ce processus a  nécessité une mise à niveau des premiers récipiendaires qui ont fait les premiers cours depuis 2015. Malheureusement, leurs licences étaient en souffrance. C’est pourquoi, il a fait en sorte que la CAF puisse évaluer ces cas, pour ensuite envoyer leurs diplômes. Ainsi,  aujourd’hui, dit-il, après une formation bien suivie auprès du Directeur technique national par intérim, Ousmane Guindo, sur les 34 personnes qui ont fait l’évaluation 29 récipiendaires ont validé leurs diplômes de métier d’entraîneur (Licence C CAF).

D’après le président de la FEMAFOOT, ceux qui ont reçu leur formation de Mai en Juin (à peu près 45 personnes), recevront dans les jours à venir leurs diplômes. Occasion pour lui de signifier que la remise de ces diplômes est un grand symbole pour les récipiendaires du jour, dont certains ont été des acteurs pendant plusieurs années au sein de leurs clubs respectifs et d’autres au sein des équipes nationales « Comment ne pas être fier de ce jour tant mérité par la qualité des cours que vous avez reçus, mais également de votre engagement à servir et de continuer à servir le football malien en tant que technicien » a affirmé le premier patron du football malien.

S’adressant aux récipiendaires, il dira qu’une porte vient de s’ouvrir devant eux. « Sautez sur ce point et essayez d’aller aux tréfonds des équipes tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur du pays, pour continuer à servir le football cette fois-ci avec l’œil  de technicien » a souhaité Mamoutou Touré.

Pour sa part, le Directeur Technique National par intérim de la FEMAFOOT, Ousmane Guindo dira qu’il était difficile d’obtenir une formation à cause de la crise au sein du football malien, le changement de présidence à la tête de la CAF et d’autres raisons. Mais que depuis quelque moment, une nouvelle dynamique a été prise pour  relancer les choses. C’est ce qui a fait que, ceux qui avaient effectué la formation en 2014 ont eu  leurs diplômes en janvier 2023 et les récipiendaires qui ont suivi leur formation en mars-avril, viennent d’être honorés de leur licence et ceux qui ont effectué leur formation en mai-juin, leurs diplômes sont en cours de traitement. Cela signifie, ajoute-il, qu’on doit continuer avec la dynamique de relance, car la base du développement du football c’est la formation, notamment des entraîneurs.

Selon le DTN de la FEMAFOOT, 35 personnes ont participé à cette formation mais ils sont 29 à pouvoir franchir le cap. Par rapport au retard accusé dans la réception des diplômes, il a tenu à donner une explication sur la nouvelle formule en la matière avec la CAF.

Ibrahim Baba Samaké ‘’Djanka’’ l’un des récipiendaires, a exprimé toute sa joie d’avoir acquis ce diplôme. Selon lui pour être un entraîneur de référence internationale, il faut tout d’abord acquérir cette Licence C CAF. A l’en croire, ladite formation a été très riche et bénéfique. « Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses surtout sur les nouveaux règlements et on s’est rendu compte que certaines notions nous manquaient dans notre travail. Donc, maintenant on pourra corriger beaucoup de choses » a-t-il fait savoir avant de remercier la FMF, les formateurs et la DTN pour la qualité des modules dispensés.
