Ce vendredi 23 Juin 2023, le président de l’Autorité Indépendante de Gestion des Élections, Me Moustapha CISSE, a proclamé les résultats provisoires du scrutin référendaire du Mali, tenu le 18 Juin 2023.
Ainsi, l’on note que le OUI passe avec 97,06% contre 2,94% pour le NON. Le taux de participation est estimé à 38,72%. Pour rappel, c’étaient 8. 463.084 électeurs qui étaient attendus aux urnes ce 18 Juin 2023.
Ces résultats, certes provisoires, sont inférieurs à ceux définitifs du référendum de 1974 qui a été adopté avec plus de 99 % ; tout comme ceux du référendum de 1992, adopté avec 99, 76 %.
