Cette importante annonce a été faite par l’artiste Toumani Diabaté, la virtuose de la kora lors de la 13ème édition du Giga Maouloud d’Abidjan organisée par le Cheikh Malik Konaté. C’était le dimanche 22 janvier 2022 au Palais des sports d’Abidjan.
Le papa de Sidiki Diabaté annonce son retour au Mali. Il demande la moitié de la route après 3 longues années au bord de la lagune Ebrié.
Dans sa prise de parole, il a remercié les autorités ivoiriennes, particulièrement le Président Alassane Ouattara et tous les ivoiriens pour l’hospitalité.
Cette cérémonie était présidée par le Président de l’Assemblée Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire, M. Bictogo Adama, à ses côtés plusieurs ministres dont, la ministre d’État, ministre des Affaires étrangères SE
Kandia Camara, la ministre de l’Éducation nationale et de l’alphabétisation, Mme Mariatou Koné et la femme de l’ancien Premier ministre feu Amadou Gon Coulibaly.
Les parrains étaient M. Hien Sié Yacouba, Directeur Général du Port autonome d’Abidjan et SEM Boubacar Sidiki Sangaré, Président de l’OMEX en Côte d’Ivoire. La délégation malienne était conduite par le Président du Haut Conseil des maliens de Côte d’Ivoire, M. Moulaye Haidara.
Cerise sur gâteau, le maestro Toumani Diabaté a aussi annoncé la sortie de son nouvel album sous l’égide de Universal Music Africa en novembre dernier. Album qui a été réalisé à Abidjan, mais aussi a présenter au public un portrait du Cheikh Malik Konaté réalisé par une artiste peintre belge du nom de Patricia qui s’est convertie en islam il y’a de cela six mois.
Cette journée spirituelle dédiée à la connaissance et la pratique de zikr ( Salatou Allah nabiyou) a pris fin par des bénédictions. Bon retour à Toumani Diabaté au bercail.
