L’ambassadeur de la Fédération de Russie, Igor Martynov, a réitéré lundi à Ouagadougou la contribution de son pays au renforcement des capacités opérationnelles des Forces de défense et de sécurité, rapportent les services de communication du ministère de la Sécurité.
Le diplomate russe a été reçu en audience lundi par le ministre de la Sécurité, Mahamadou Sana.
Selon Igor Martynov, il a été question de contribuer significativement à la reconquête du territoire national par le renforcement des capacités opérationnelles des Forces de défense et de sécurité (FDS).
« Nous avons discuté des différents axes de notre coopération, notamment les perspectives de développement du secteur de l’énergie mais aussi de la sécurité », a-t-il indiqué.
Il a également salué et loué la résilience du peuple burkinabè face à la situation sécuritaire actuelle.
