Par la même occasion, ils ont déposé une plainte contre le ou les présumé(es) voleurs de la petite Batoma.
C’est ainsi que la Brigade des mœurs a pris l’affaire en main et à, dans la foulée, ouverte une enquête pour mettre la main sur le ou le suspect(e). De sources policières, plusieurs jours de recherches furent infructueux. Peu de temps après, comme par hasard, une femme a été retrouvée le 26 novembre 2023 en compagnie de « Batoma » à Sénou à la périphérie de Bamako.
Selon nos sources, c’est à travers une vidéo du voisinage rendu viral sur les réseaux sociaux qu’un informateur désirant garder l’anonymat a pu identifier le nommé KB avec la fillette disparue. L’informateur avait visionné plusieurs fois la vidéo sur les réseaux sociaux avec l’image fixée sur la fillette. Ainsi le papa de la fillette s’est transporté sur le lieu suivi de près par des éléments en embuscade. Sur place, le père a effectivement reconnu sa fillette disparue depuis maintenant le 15 novembre dernier en compagnie de cette inconnue. Afin de ne pas attirer l’attention des personnes présentes, un guet-apens a été mis en place avec les éléments embusqués de la police des mœurs.
Selon nos sources, l’informateur connaissait KB et savait qu’elle habitait à Sénou. Il fallait donc la suivre jusque dans son domicile pour plus d’enquête sur elle et ses activités. Tous ces plans ont été soigneusement peaufinés avec la commandante de la brigade des mœurs et ses éléments. Alors la dame et la fillette se rendent à Sénou chez elle suivie de très près par les éléments de la police des mœurs ainsi que le père. Ainsi, dès que la fillette vit son père, elle courut vers lui et se jeta dans ses bras en criant de joie « papa, papa… », le père en larmes l’accueillit en criant « Batoma, eh Batoma… ». Tous les deux étaient en larmes. Instant plein d’émotions ! Pathétique !
Nul ne fut indifférent, même KB, elle-même, encore moins les policiers face à cette émouvante scène de rétrouvailles père-fille. KB fut ainsi arrêté. Mais avant que les policiers ne l’embarquent, le père l’interrogea sur ses motivations. Pourquoi avait-elle kidnappé cette innocente enfant ? Sa réponse fut tout simplement stupéfiante : « Parce que je l’aime » ! Sans commentaire. Elle fut conduite à la Brigade chargée de la protection des mœurs et de l’enfance. Interrogée par les éléments de la brigade, elle nia d’abord les faits et prétendit qu’elle était accompagnée d’une autre dame qui connaissait l’enfant, avant de se résoudre à dire la vérité. «J’aime cet enfant… Aussi, dans la cour commune où je vis, les voisins se moquent de moi chaque fois que je tente d’envoyer en commission une de leurs progénitures. Ils refusent et moi narguent. Je voulais donc un enfant à moi et à moi seule».
Faut-il la croire ? Il s’avère après investigations que KB est non seulement mère de deux enfants, en outre, elle est en état de grossesse avancée. Elle n’a donc pas un problème l’empêchant de procréer, un constat confirmé par un médecin. La dame KB a été déférée devant les juges et elle a été placée sous mandat de dépôt à Bolé.
