Samedi 22 juillet 2023 soit 24 heures après la proclamation des résultats définitifs du referendum constitutionnel par la Cour Constitutionnelle donnant Oui comme vainqueur avec 96,91%, le Collectif des acteurs institutionnels pour un Oui massif a tenu un point de presse au Centre International de Conférence de Bamako (CICB). Un point de presse pour remercier les forces vives de la Nation pour leur concours en vue de cet exploit.

Le Collectif des acteurs institutionnels pour un Oui massif a été créé au moment de la campagne référendaire. Et il est composé des membres des Institutions de la République, du Gouvernement et d’autres structures de l’Etat. Il a battu campagne pour la victoire écrasante du Oui lors du referendum constitutionnel du 18 juin passé.

Dans son mot de remerciement, le Coordinateur national du Collectif des acteurs Institutionnels pour un Oui massif, le Colonel Abdoulaye Maiga, a d’abord félicité le Président de la Transition, le Colonel Assimi Goita, pour avoir accepté de porter le projet de Constitution qui représente, selon lui, le socle juridique du Mali Kura (nouveau Mali), puis de le promulguer le  samedi 22 juillet 2023, consacrant la 4ème République. Dans la même veine, il n’a pas manquer de remercier chaleureusement les Forces vives de la Nation «  dont l’action déterminante a permis la victoire du Oui massif », notamment les Légitimités traditionnelles et religieuses : les partis politiques, les Organisations de la société civile, les Centrales syndicales, les Forces de défense et de sécurité, les Ordres professionnels, le Conseil national des Personnes âgées, des regroupements des Femmes , des Jeunes et de Personnes vivant avec handicap, les Maliens de l’Extérieur…Bref, tous ceux qui ont contribué à ce succès retentissant.

Le Ministre Maiga a aussi félicité l’ensemble des acteurs ayant contribué à l’organisation réussie du  referendum sur le territoire national  et à l’extérieur, notamment l’AIGE  et les ministères intervenant dans l’organisation des élections.  Et d’adresser sa gratitude aux premiers responsables des institutions de notre pays, ainsi qu’à leurs membres pour leur engagement citoyen et leur contribution remarquable ayant permis la victoire du « Oui » massif au referendum constitutionnel.  Avant de lancer un vibrant appel à tous les citoyens ayant eu une opinion contraire pour les inviter à célébrer la victoire du « Oui » massif qui est celle de tous les Maliens sans aucune exclusion. «  Le Collectif des acteurs institutionnels exprime sa vive reconnaissance au Peuple malien pour son soutien remarquable au processus de Refondation de notre pays », a indiqué le Coordinateur national, Colonel Abdoulaye Maïga.
