La Russie a refusé toutes les offres faites par les Etats-Unis jusqu’à présent pour la libération de deux Américains détenus dans ce pays, a déclaré jeudi le porte-parole du département d’Etat Matthew Miller, sommant le président Vladimir Poutine de « négocier de bonne foi ».
« Il y a une offre conséquente que nous avons faite il y a quelques semaines », a indiqué le porte-parole à la presse, soulignant que Moscou avait « rejeté » toutes ces offres, alors que le président russe avait dit plus tôt « espérer » un accord avec Washington à ce sujet.
