Mais hélas elle s’est tournée en eau de boudin. Comment peut-on qualifier les déclarations de la ministre qui n’a pas manqué de promettre aux Maliens le rétablissement de l’électricité dans la même semaine ? Une fausse promesse tout simplement ! En attendant le bout du tunnel semble bien loin malgré les 20 millions de litres de carburant offert par le Niger (pays pétrolier) au Mali dont le transport de la raffinerie à Zinder jusqu’à Bamako est une autre paire de manche en ces temps de vaches maigres.
