Le Bureau secondaire des douanes de Koury a saisi, la semaine derrière, des colis de 167 briques de cannabis (1 kg par brique). « La saisie est opérée au poste de contrôle à bord d’un muni car de transport qui a fait l’objet de contrôle des douaniers dans cette commune du cercle de Yorosso, région de Koutiala », nous ont indiqué les services de communication de la direction générale des Douanes.

« Suivant à la lettre les instructions données par la hiérarchie, une fouille approfondie a abouti à la découverte des briques de cannabis bien emballées. Interrogé, le chauffeur a affirmé que le propriétaire ne se trouve pas dans le véhicule et que ce dernier serait en train de l’attendre au niveau de la gare », ont-ils précisé.

Ils ont ajouté que les enquêtes préliminaires d’usage ont conduit à l’arrestation du présumé propriétaire qui a été mis à la disposition du juge. « Suite à notre contrôle du véhicule, nous avons remarqué des sacs sur lesquels étaient déposés des bidons d’huile pour tromper notre vigilance », a expliqué le chef du bureau secondaire de Koury, l’inspecteur des Douanes Fousseini Camara.
