Saluant l’engagement des participants au séminaire gouvernemental, tenu le jeudi dernier, le Premier ministre Choguel Kokalla Maïga a évoqué d’autres sujets d’actualité dont le départ de la Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations unies pour la stabilisation au Mali (Minusma). C’était à l’occasion de la cérémonie de clôture de cette activité gouvernementale.
Pour le chef du gouvernement, le départ de la Mission onusienne doit s’opérer de façon coordonnée dans le strict respect des engagements. « Notre gouvernement doit veiller à un retrait maîtrisé de la Minusma », at-il déclaré, ajoutant que la voix du Mali résonne dans le concert des Nations sous le leadership du président de la Transition, le colonel Assimi Goïta.
Le Premier ministre a assuré que les aspects liés à l’occupation du vide que va créer le retrait de la Minusma seront comblés par le gouvernement. « Car, il y a urgence pour les populations liées aux forces internationales. Ces aspects continueront à occuper une place de choix dans l’action du gouvernement», at-il détaillé.
Rappelons que l’activité gouvernementale est désormais ancrée dans les pratiques de gouvernance de notre pays à travers ce séminaire. Bien outils pour remplir les missions à eux nommés, les membres de la nouvelle équipe dirigée par le Dr Choguel Kokalla Maïga se sont réjouis de la tenue de cette séance de travail qui a permis de les doter de connaissances et d’outils nécessaires susceptibles de faciliter leur travail au profil des populations.
Les participants au séminaire ont ainsi appris les règles, les procédures et les principes du travail gouvernemental ; l’organisation et le fonctionnement des secrétariats généraux de départements et des cabinets ministériels. Ils ont également été briefés sur le contenu du Programme d’action du gouvernement (PAG).
