Grande dominatrice cette saison, l’AS Real de Bamako a fini par être championne du Mali. C’était à l’issue de sa victoire contre Black Star (6-1) lors de la 30e journée de Ligue 1.

C’est la fin d’une longue disette pour l’AS Real de Bamako. Champion pour la dernière fois en 1986, le Real a dû passer par une longue traversée du désert avant ce sacre.

Les Jaunes et Noirs ont depuis ce dimanche 9 juillet 2023 mis fin à cette disette en remportant le titre de champion de la Ligue 1 Orange du Mali. Le sacre a été rendu possible grâce à sa victoire sur Black Star (6-1) lors de la 30e journée.

Déjà, les Scorpions se montraient très engagés dès l’entame des phases retour du championnat. Dans les trois derniers matchs, ils ont d’ores et déjà montré la marque du championnat en dominant leurs adversaires respectifs. Ainsi lors de la 29e journée, l’AS Real a marqué un gros coup en battant le Stade malien sur le score de deux buts à zéro. Ce sacre 2023 est donc le 4ème titre des Scorpions après ceux de 1980, 1983 et 1986.

En revanche, la descente est actée pour Yeelen Olympique. Battu lors des deux dernières journées, Yeelen a seulement 12 points après 30 journées disputées. Ce qui est synonyme de descente en deuxième division.
