Le Mali serait-il en train de redessiner sa carte diplomatique ?
En plus du rappel de nombreux diplomates en fin de mission dans différents pays, les autorités diplomatiques sont, semble-t-il, déterminées à rectifier le tir concernant la présence du Mali au niveau ambassade et consulat à travers le monde.
Pour le Consulat général du Mali à Khartoum (Soudan), le couperet est déjà tombé le 19 avril 2024 à travers la lettre circulaire n°2024-0000030/MAECI6SG6DRH dans laquelle l’ambassadeur Seydou Coulibaly, le secrétaire général du département, lie la fermeture à des raisons sécuritaires.
Nos radars indiquent aussi que le manque de rentabilité financière risque d’avoir raison de certaines ambassades comme celles à N’Djamena (Tchad) et à Luanda (Angola).
