Le samedi dernier, l’opérateur de téléphonie a lâché en plein vol sa clientèle sans la manière alors que les besoins de liquidité étaient pressants pendant le week end. À la surprise générale, Orange money a fermé la porte de minuit à 8h du dimanche sans préavis. Il est de coutume certes que la «maintenance» fasse objet d’un avis à la clientèle à travers des SMS que le service d’Orange envoient avec les horaires d’indisponibilité à l’appui. Mais il était impossible d’accéder au 144 ce jour-là. Que ce soit pour les dépôts ou les retraits voire les transferts, le menu du service le plus prisé d’Orange était hors service. Il fallait moult tentatives et tractations pour tomber sur un message évoquant une suspension jusqu’à dimanche à 8h. Pire, Orange qui n’a pas envoyé de textos groupés se faufile en plein week-end, une période où les sorties des noctambules exigent la disponibilité d’importantes liquidités. En définitive, les désagréments se jugent à la taille des frustrations occasionnées par ce déficit de communication.
